March 3, 2026:  Suburban Council of IRA (SCIRA) will host the Using AI to Strengthen Literacy Instruction Without Losing What Matters with Meghan Hargrave from 4:30 to 6:00 pm via Zoom.  Registration will open soon!

March 12-13, 2026:  Illinois Reading Council will host the 57th Annual IRC Conference in Springfield, Illinois.  Please take a moment to peruse the highlights planned for 2026.

June 18, 2026:  Suburban Council of IRA (SCIRA) will host Cultivating Genius and Joy through Culturally and Historically Responsive Pedagogies with Gholdy Muhammad from 8:15 am to 2:30 pm at the Holiday Inn & Suites Northshore-Skokie, 5300 W Touhy, Skokie, Illinois.  Registration will open soon!
