November 17, 2022:  Black Hawk Reading Council will host an Illinois Reads Event from 5:30 to 7:00 pm at the Rock Island Center for Math and Science, 2101 16th Avenue, Rock Island, Illinois.  In between Bingo for Books games, there will be book talks for the 2022 Illinois Reads books.
