IRCPD offers custom programs, exceptional speakers, timely topics, and engaging programs to assist you and your faculty reach all your educational goals. Sessions deal with a range of topics and can be customized to your needs.  The usual fees are full day for $1,500 or 1/2 day for $750.  By joining the IRC District PD Program, this service is provided complimentary for a half day. 

3.  Online subscription to the IRC JOURNAL AND IRC NEWSLETTERS to share with your staff

The Illinois Reading Council Journal is a highly acclaimed journal filled with many topics, issues, and events of interest to educators involved in literacy programs at all levels of education.  Articles include Family Engagement in Literacy, Professional Development, ELL Language Learners, Finding Comment Ground, Insights from Illinois Authors, and more.  As a member of the IRC District PD Program, your district will receive this quarterly journal by mail and online to share with your staff.

 
4.  Literacy OPPORTUNITIES for your staff including events, book clubs, and classroom grants

As a member of the IRC District PD Program, you will learn about literacy events happening across the state, book clubs, and awards and grants available for your school district.


5.  Discounted registration rates for your staff to attend the annual IRC CONFERENCE

When the conference opens, your schood district will receive information about registering your educators at the discounted pre-registration MEMBER rate and how to receive your complimentary registration to the Administrator Academy at the annual IRC Conference.
