March 15-17, 2012: Illinois Reading Council will host the 44th Annual IRC Conference, Literacy in the Land of Lincoln, in Springfield, Illinois. Please take a moment to peruse the Conference Preview. Housing and Registration forms will be available in October 2011!
April 5, 2012: Two Rivers Reading Council will host Pampered Professionals with an Annual Meeting and Membership Drive from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m. at the Bourbonnais Public Library, White Oak Room, 250 W. John Casey Road, Bourbonnais, Illinois. Join TRRC for a silent auction, chair massage, mini mani, and more. The cost is $15 for TRRC members and $18 for non-members.
April 29-May 2, 2012: International Reading Association will host the 57th Annual Convention, Celebrating Teaching, in Chicago, Illinois. To find out more about this convention, check out the Annual Convention section at www.iraconvention.org.
May 19, 2012: Two Rivers Reading Council will host a Teacher Resources and Classroom Materials Garage Sale at the Bourbonnais Public Library, White Oak Room, 250 W.
