March 18-20, 2010: IRC Conference, Lighting the Way to Literacy, in Springfield, Illinois. Please take a moment to peruse the Conference Preliminary Program highlighting
the
highly respected leaders in the field of reading who will brighten your
way in teaching the children who will be our future leaders. Early
registration is available until February 1, 2010. Conference housing
closes on February 24, 2010.
April 20, 2010: Southern Illinois Reading Council will host a Spring Celebration at 6:00 p.m. at the Carbondale Civic Center, 200 S. Illinois Avenue, Carbondale, Illinois.
