March 18-20, 2010: IRC Conference, Lighting the Way to Literacy, in Springfield, Illinois. Please take a moment to peruse the Conference Preliminary Program highlighting
the
highly respected leaders in the field of reading who will brighten your
way in teaching the children who will be our future leaders. Early
registration is available until February 1, 2010. Conference housing
closes on February 24, 2010.
April 25-28, 2010: International Reading Association will host the 55th Annual Convention Reading in Many Languages in Chicago, Illinois. To find out more about this exciting convention, check out the Annual Convention section at www.reading.org.
May 15, 2010: Illinois Language and Literacy Council (ILLC) will host the 36th Annual Illinois Young Author's Conference at Illinois State University, Normal, Illinois.
